If you intend to present an accepted paper, make sure to use the same email address that you submitted the paper from (we will bug you if you don't) and to check the appropriate box. Your registration will not be complete without this second step.
Delegates from abroad may need to fly in on the Sunday, or may not be able to leave before Thursday. If you want us to reserve rooms on your behalf at the Ramada for additional nights, please let us know by filling out the "special needs" field of the form. (You would, of course, also use this box for noting additional requirements as a vegetarian, or a disabled person.) Note that we only forward your reservation of additional rooms to the Ramada, and cannot guarantee any special price or availability.
